At Poplin, we offer flat-rate shipping to customers within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 30 business days, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
International shipping is also available at an additional cost. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Poplin. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
